                    Wire screen demister has a long washing cycle.                     The adjustment is based on:

                    After a few washing cycles, the pressure difference between the screen demister and the mist eliminator has a downward trend;

                    After shortening the washing cycle, the liquid level of the absorber should be maintained and the overflow phenomenon can be prevented. Therefore, the washing of the wire mist eliminator shall be arranged as much as possible when the liquid level of the absorber is lowered, such as when the gypsum or wastewater is removed.

                    The water pressure of screen demister is not enough. Wire mesh demister in time is short, smooth and clean surface, the scale operation of the formation of more dispersed, evacuation, flushing water pressure can be washed away but the actual pipelines due to the unreasonable design, are likely to cause the mesh mist eliminator flushing water pressure can not meet the design requirements, the flushing effect is not ideal. In addition to the formation of mist screen surface fouling crystal nucleus has grown up, hard scale formation. In order to flush the pressure, on the one hand, the design of the pipeline and orifice plate is reasonable, on the other hand, it is necessary to avoid the simultaneous flushing of multiple flushing doors.

                    The wire mist eliminator does not flush the water gate and can not be washed properly. The normal washing of the water screen with wire mist eliminator is a prerequisite for flushing. The wire mesh demister with flush door open layout, water and other problems often occur in the operation of the flush door can not be normal operation, so washing valve must meet relevant protection level and has certain protective measures such as the canopy, and strengthen the daily maintenance.
